Time is a funny thing. This is especially true in a show that has its own time traveling pond literally in their backyard. Hallmark’s “The Way Home” returns in less than two weeks with the premiere of its third season. Initially, the veteran Hallmark show was set to premiere exclusively on their new paid subscription app, Hallmark+. But, the plan did not appeal to fans. Just a few days ago, Hallmark announced that the show would premiere as it has in earlier years. It will also be available next day on Hallmark+.

“You Ain’t Seen Nothing Yet”

“You Ain’t Seen Nothing Yet” is quite the title for the season three premiere episode. These reasons will become clear first hand on January 3rd. Suffice to say, this episode deserves all of the acolytes. And while we’re at it, can we go ahead and have this show renewed for a fourth season?

No spoilers because, well, they’re just no fun.

The third season, or rather, third chapter of The Way Home continues. It eloquently takes fans, week after week, on a journey that is not easily forgotten. As a fan myself, the one word that I would use to describe this show is- family. At the heart of The Way Home is a family that has been through so much. And despite it all, they somehow still manage to keep going.

Time traveling pond aside.

This season will continue the time honored tradition of answering questions with, well, more questions. After all, a lot happened at the end of last season. o.O. The most important question that fans have … does Jacob walk through the front door? And if he does – what or whom would be on the other side?
