“Batshit crazy” was a phrase the cast and crew of AMC’s Mayfair Witches: Salem Coven used more than once — both during the press junket and on the panel at this year’s New York Comic Con.

It was genuinely entertaining to sit in the room with these talented creatives and hear them talk all things witchy. Season 3 is shaping up to be quite different from the first two, and I’m very much looking forward to it.

Cliff-notes version: we’re getting another change of scenery. Goodbye NOLA, hello Salem.

Rowan and company find themselves in the infamous city of Salem, Massachusetts. Naturally, the change in scenery brings yet more harrowing circumstances for the Mayfairs — not surprising considering how last season ended.

Without further ado, here’s a snippet from the Anne Rice’s Mayfair Witches: Salem Coven NYCC press junket:

The cast and crew were asked about Season 3 in general during the NYCC press junket for Mayfair Witches: Salem Coven.
Here’s what they had to say.

December 30th can’t get here soon enough. As a longtime fan of this show, I can’t tell you how excited I am for the upcoming season. From the trailer alone — and everything else coming out of the Season 3 press — batshit crazy indeed.
